registration at LTA2 or above

To make an initial application for registration at LTA2 or above, please complete this form and click on the submit button. We will send you an email in a few days when we have heard from the manufacturer that you are eligible to apply for this level.

Please note that we are not initially accepting applications for LTA3 or LTA4. They will be accepted once the LTA2 registration process has been completed.
