Initial Application for registration at LTA2 or above,
and upgrade from LTA1 to LTA2

Registration at LTA 2 is for newly qualified apprentices or assessed skilled technicians meeting the required criteria. To make an initial application for registration at LTA2 or above, please complete this form and click on the submit button. We will send you an email in a few days when we have heard from the manufacturer that you are eligible to apply for this level.
