An Executive Committee is elected annually by Council and is responsible for executive action on all matters within the policy framework approved by Council including Finance and General Purposes. Members of Executive act as Directors of IAgrE (for all matters relating to the Companies Acts) and Charity Trustees (Charities Commission).
