Professional Qualifications

Professional Registration
IAgrE is a body nominated by the Engineering Council to register members as Chartered Engineer (CEng), Incorporated Engineer (IEng), and Engineering Technician (EngTech). Chartered Engineers may also be registered as European Engineers (Eur Ing). Registration provides a guide to engineering competence at national and international level.
IAgrE is a founder Constituent Body of the Society for the Environment and is licensed to register members as Chartered Environmentalists (CEnv).

Participation in meetings suited to the wide and varied interests of members at national conferences, Branch meetings and within Technical Groups.

Membership of EurAgEng and access to Biosystems Engineering
Corporate members of IAgrE automatically become members of EurAgEng, giving access to international conferences, special interest groups and contacts. Non-corporate members of IAgrE may join EurAgEng if they wish. Members of EurAgEng are eligible for a much reduced subscription rate for the JournalBiosystems Engineering for their own personal use.
