Winner of IAgrE Sustainability Award announced

At the Royal Show on Sunday, 2nd July 2006, Princess Michael of Kent presented the RASE Machinery Awards. Included in these awards is the IAgrE Sustainability Award. This award, made by IAgrE, gives special recognition to the RASE Machinery Medal entry that has the potential to make a significant contribution to the achievement of sustainability in agriculture and land use.

IAgrE is pleased to announce that this year’s award was made to SIMBA for their Aqueel Roller. This unique roller is a tool which helps farmers harvest and utilise water to optimum benefit, while preventing water and wind-related soil erosion.
