The student application form can be filled in online as long as you have Adobe Reader software installed. Download and open the file by clicking on the link below, then complete the form using Adobe Reader. When you have finished, click on the PRINT button to produce a hard copy. Sign it and ask your Lecturer, Tutor or Registrar to complete and sign the declaration at the bottom.
Don't forget to print the form before closing it. The Adobe Reader software will not allow you to save it.
