IAgrE Online Discussion Areas
The Online discussion areas are provided to you by the Institution of Agricultural Engineers subject to the terms of this agreement and any rules that may be published time to time by the Institution of Agricultural Engineers. The Online Discussion Areas are currently provided as a free service to any user who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reading a message posted to the Online Discussion Areas and posting a message to the Online Discussion Areas will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not read or post messages.

The Institution of Agricultural Engineers shall not be responsible for any content or the accuracy of any content in the Online Discussion Areas.

Our members must respect the spirit and tone of our groups. Breaking these terms and conditions which includes failing to respect the spirit and tone of the community or postings/ emails which demand a disproportionate amount of time and moderation by the Online Discussion Areas Moderators may result in your account being suspended or, in extreme cases, banned. The length of suspension will be at the discretion of our Moderators and can be permanent.

Purchases
Please note the following conditions relating to purchases of goods or services from our website:

Membership Subscriptions – once payment is received, refunds of subscriptions will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the Finance Department on 01234 750876.

Conferences and Events – refunds of registration fees for events may be available if cancellation of your registration is received well in advance of the event and IAgrE have not incurred any costs associated with your attendance at the event. IAgrE reserves the right to refuse to make any refund for conference payments and it is unlikely that any refund will be available if cancellation is notified within seven days before the event.

Other purchased items – ties, certificates, publications -if you should change your mind, and wish to return any other items bought from IAgrE, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it's in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
